The staff at the reception desk is very welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, just steps away from a museum and a castle. The restaurant has very helpful and fluent staff.

The room was new-fashioned with a modern decor, plus the staff was exceptional. The breakfasts were extraordinary and excellent with vegetarian options available and scrambled eggs, couldn’t ask for anything better.

The room with a king-sized bed was really stylish and had free wifi 📶. The airport was about 20 km from here, which is a super convenient and amazing location.

The roof terrace with bar should be open from 18:30 in June. But unfortunately it was closed!

Even the staff in the breakfast room/restaurant was, unfortunately, disorganized and overtaxed. Sometimes even rude. The entrance to the hotel is hard to find. There is no indication of where the ramp is located. The exterior walls are in need of repair.

Welcoming staff at the front desk added a nice touch to this modern venue. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet 🍳 and we enjoyed some fresh dishes during our stay.

Great breakfast! We booked a junior suite and celebrated our wedding in Rome. The staff decorated our room very sweetly. On our wedding day we had a little snack in the bar of the hotel. That was very well organized and the small bites were very tasty at a great price.

In the evenings, it sometimes took a long time in the bar until one could order something or received some drinks. But the staff was very friendly, so you could look over it.

I got overcharged for using internet. Had to contact the company handling internet connection. The problem is yet to be resolved...
